Michael is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He has worked as an in-house lawyer in a major multi-national company and as a partner in a London City firm.

Terry has a Masters degree in languages from Cambridge University and also holds postgraduate diplomas in education and applied linguistics at the universities of Sussex and Moscow. He was until recently Senior Producer, Languages for BBC Television Adult Education and is a qualified teacher of English as a foreign language.
